Small, but mighty! First, this is a small bag. Smaller than it appears in the photo with the "woman". If you insist on carrying a lot, this isn't the bag for you. However, I have a neck injury and shouldn't carry a lot of purse weight, so for me, it's perfect. Beware that the exterior side pockets are not big enough for standard water bottles (but will fit a mini-umbrella). The back pockets are too small to be useful, but it's easy to rip out the middle seam separating the two pockets to create one big pocket. Internal organization is good, but the card holder is pretty useless - cards fall out, and even with the security features I feel safer putting the cards in my wallet and my wallet in my bag. After a long day the bag can feel a little heavy, but it's much lighter than comparable bags.

Ordered this for my daughter who is headed to college. Even though it is marketed as a man's backpack it felt appropriately sized for a slender young woman. She liked the roomy capacity and several compartments and pockets; it seemed very well constructed and sturdy. Nice size bag with a wide bottom - which is an issue for a sling bag. Since a sling has only one strap, it is best to have a narrow bag to maintain balance of the bag. A wide bottom bag tends to cause the sling to slide off of the shoulder. Additionally, this bag has a pocket on the side opposite the sling which tends to rub against the inside of the arm during movement.

Nice bag - This is a very attractive bag. I use it to carry back and forth to work, carry my stethoscope and other functional items. However, I had purchased it to use as a computer bag.
